Turku FOOD Tours 2829400-4 (online shop) is selling guided food tours in Turku, Finland. We reserve the right to change our conditions and prices. The product prices include the value added tax.
The ordered services are chosen on the web page by adding them to the shopping basket.
The order is sent by paying the content of the shopping basket through the online cash desk function. When you place the order you will accept these conditions, service prices and the delivery fees. When placing the order you will give your e-mail address and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The order confirmation will show the booked tours and the price.
The on line shopping payment deliver is Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, y-tunnus 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment register supervised by the Finance Supervision. You will pay through the Bambora on line service and marked as the payment receiver will be either Bambora or Paybyway Oy. Bambora will then deliver all payments to the on line seller. Paying is safe because all payment information will be delivered through a encrypted connection so that no outsider will be able to see the payment information.
The trade will come to existence between the customer and the on line shop. The on line shop is responsible of all debt concerned with the trade.

Ways to pay
On PayForm service you can pay with your e-bank codes, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or hire purchase. The following methods of payment are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard- cards, as well as Jousto, Everyday and Euroloan.
Bambora PayForm payment service contact information
After your payment you will receive a confirmation, which shows the time of departure as well as the starting point. A few days prior to the tour you will also receive an e-mail with the name of the guide and her contact information.
Cancelling, responsibility and consumer complaint
You are able to cancel your tour a week in advance and we will return 90% of your payment (we charge a 10-euro handling fee). In case of a cancellation 2-6 days before the tour, we will return 50% of the price. Cancellations less than 2 days before the tour we will return money only with a doctor’s certificate.
A tour booking can be cancelled on an e-mail message.
The on line shop is responsible for failed products. In case of consumer complaints we will advise you to contact our customer service. A consumer has the right to take the possible argument to be solved by the consumer argument board.
